@cycleofdeath1234 take a look at the new national champ, 16 years old and is a complete beast, got crowned best latin american surfer in history but i think they kind of overdid that one.

great place to surf especially for beginners, just stay away from the local surf turf

This is Playa Jaco on a one of the smallest days I’ve ever seen. Waves are washed out and have no form. Surf gets much better than this.

what do you mean tico kids, and what do you mean your own 3? 3 feet waves? I’m goin to visit my dad in costa rica on spring break, i haven’t surfed in 6 years.

I’ve been out there when it is crowded with lots of tico kids. You could bust your own 3 if they would even let you get a wave. And the waves they let you have are right in front of the river mouth with all the crocs.

    Hi,
Just a question, I am going to Costa Rica in June. I bought the tickets, but I still need to get a hotel. Can you please tell me where the best place to stay in Costa Rica is? I would like to see culture and nature of course. Thanks.

It’s an amazing place! I went on one of these tours with SayHola dot com. You can learn Spanish in the tropical rainforest. It’s so cool! They take you to great surfing destinations too!

You gotta be kiddin me? Looks like your pro instructor could use a few lessons himself! No world title contention coming from that country any time soon.
