It is called the Pororoca in central Brazil and takes around 21 hours by plane, bus, 4×4 and then boat to get to. Everything you can imagine about the Aamazon jungle exists in this area, giant killer snakes, man eating piranhas, and no break…. just the longest wave in the world.

This is fricking awesome extreme surfing!! What happens at the end when they are left in the river with just a board, and snakes, and piranhas, and God only knows what else?
It’s like fishing down in the Everglades, with the crocs, without a boat!!
